Staff health nurse in Europe
Miss Hickcox indicated in her letter of December 8 that
Miss Dodds will probably return to this country when there is a
reduction in staff in the European theater.
Miss Dodds is anxious to further her education and is
inquiring about the possibility of obtaining assistance from the
Bredenridge Fund which Miss Beard evidently told her about in con-
tact with her.
I would appreciate it if you would write to Miss Dodd
directly or to Miss Hickcox giving her information as to how she
might take advantage of that fund. Her address is Miss Mary
Dodds, American Red Cross, Continental Headquarters, APO 887
c/o Postmaster, New York, New York.
I am attaching Miss Dodds' folder so that in case her
qualifications are part of the consideration of her eligibility
for assistance from that fund, you will have her record at hand.
