Nursing Service to Staff Members at Headquarters
Sixty-five staff members reported illness to the Nursing Department,
11 Grosvenor Square. One hundred and fifty-five visits were made by nurses
to staff members at home or in hospitals. Thirty were referred to physicians.

Embassy
The total number of visits of personnel to clinic room was
one hundred and fifty two. Eighteen cases were visited at home. Seven cases
were referred to physicians.
Nursing Staff
The nurses met at 11 Grosvenor Square on January 18th, 20th and 2lst,
to discuss the service to be given by the Nursing Department, and to receive
reassignments. They were assigned as follows:

Assistant Supervisor of Nurses
Miss Ruth Martin
Staff Nurse at Embassy
Miss Lilian Tifft
Staff Nurse in charge of
Headquarters Clinic Room
(as soon as room is ready)

Zone I (Eastern England)
Mrs. Mary Black Fraser
Staff Nurse assigned to
Zone II and Zone III
(Southern and Western England)
Miss Geraldine Shuttleworth
Staff Nurse assigned to
Zone IV (Scotland)
Mrs. Marian Weimer Keeble
Staff Nurse in charge of Sick Bay
at Charles Street Club
Nurses assigned to Zones will supervise the First Aid Rooms, give
assistance to the Directors of the Clubs in carrying out the health policies,
and help with the nursing care of sick personnel in that area.
