38. For Hendrix. Your GB 78 indicates that the following overpayments in
salary to March 15 have been made. Dodds $245, Fraser $10, Tifft $280,
Ungerland $280; Weimer $350, Gee $192.50; Shuttleworth $45. In line
with our letter 845 and data on 248's we have made following monthly
payments in this country to and including March 15. Dodds $110,
Tifft $100; Ungerland $120; Weimer $110. Fraser paid to close of
business November 16th, Gee paid $110 monthly through January 3lst, date
of her release. I am clearing with all concerned asking that they have
their beneficiaries return overpayments to you. Our March 31st checks
and all future checks will be for the revised amounts, namely, Dodds $75,
Tifft $60, Weimer $60, Black none, Ungerland $80, Gee released.
