Your offer of service recently received, and I find
in looking over our files that you are not en enrolled Red Cross
Nurse. I am sending with this a circular of information and
an application blank, and may I ask you to kindly fill out the
latter end return to this office. May I also ask you to let
me know if you speak any other language than English.
Thanking you for your offer of service, believe me,
