completed has been received at National Headquarters
and your Red Cross record is therefore up to date.
May we take this opportunity to express to

Red Cross Nursing Service as manifested by the consistent
return of your annual questionnaires.
If and when you have time and inclination for
any community activities, may we depend upon you to make
your services available to your local Red Cross chapter?
