TEL. : FLEURUS 12-58 CABLES AMERICLUB. PARIS (2) AMERICAN UNIVERSITY WOMEN'S CLUB 4. RUE DE CHEVREUSE PARIS (vie) such things to go on. But that is "not up to me" as the boys say. What I would like to do would be to remain in this position until next October then go into a French family for two or three months and travel from January until March or April and have a job in the States that I could go back to at that time. So please be on the look out for me. It does not necessarily have to be along nursing lines, in fact, I would like to get away from that for a time. I am going to ask you to keep this confidential as I have said nothing to any one here and will not until something definite is decided. Miss Leet is very anxious to get rid of me, I think, for I know too much of the past to suit her, and she makes me feel my position whenever she can. That does not hurt me for I have my position and have my friends outside but it is not pleasant to work where there is no esprit de corps. Mrs. Greeley is at the Club and seems to be enjoying Paris. I have seen very little of her for she is on the go much of the time. Miss Kaltenbach says she has sent you a story of the training school of the hospital. I have seen a good deal of her, lately, for I have had a pathetic case of dementia precox out at the hospital and they have been so good about keeping her. Yester- day afternoon (Sunday) I spent getting her out to a clinique for mental cases. We had to restrain her and take her in an ambulance. I sincerely hope that sort of case does not come my way again in a hurry. It is the second mental case I have had lately. Do write and cheer me with one
