This will serve as an endorsement by the American Red
Cross of the passport application of Miss Katherine S. Dover,
who is sailing for France to engage in Red Cross work under
Major Grayson M-P Murphy, our Commissioner General for Europe.
We
will greatly appreciate the issuance of a passport to Miss
Dover.
