Atlanta, Ga. 30324 Dear Miss Clarke: Re: DOVER, Catherine S. Former ARC nurse Catherine Dover, now 84 years old, is attempting to obtain VA benefits. She needs proof of the fact that she was a Red Cross employee (nurse) serving overseas from January 1918 to March or April 1919. She was a Canadian citizen when she joined the Ameri- can Red Cross, but received citizenship papers after her return from overseas assignment. She was born in Canada in August 1885.
