Doyle Apt. 1, 1211 North 7th Street St. Louis, Missouri My dear Miss Doyle: In view of the fact that you have indicated your willingness to serve, we have kept your name on file for service with the Hawaii Unit. There is a possibility of more nurses being sent at some future date. Therefore, we are enclosing some general information about this service and if you are still interested, will you please fill out and return the enclosed form as soon as possible.
