What has been the character and extent of your acquaintance with the applicant (business, professional, social) Applicant was resident nurse for Lonsdale Company in Lonsdale, R. I. 7. Have you been asked to endorse the applicant's loyalty, and if so, by whom and under what circumstances ? no 8. What is the general reputation of the applicant?
