My dear Miss Barrett:
In response to your letter of May 18, we are today writing our
Pacific Branch Office in San Francisco for the #2 card of Miss Winifred L.
Erskine for transfer to your Committee inasmuch as she is now with the
Connecticut State Department of Health.
If Miss Erskine has not already filled in an annual questionnaire
form sent her by the San Joaquin, California Local Committee, we will appre-
ciate it if you will ask her to complete one at this time, giving her full
address in Hartford, et cetera, and send it to us for our records.
