You should not show the ship's\nname on any tags or labels attached to your luggage; simply specify \"A Ship\".\nThen we send you a definite seiling date please assuro us immediately by\nwire that you are able to report at the place of embarkation at the designated\ntime. We need to be sure that each momber of the group is ble to report as\nscheduled.\nEnclosed is a check which is to defray official expenditure enroute to\nEngland. You are urged to purchase American Railway Express Trovelers checks\nwith this advance. Be sure that you are familiar with the instructions given\nby Mr. Harold Toy, director of accounting. These instructions were sent to you\npreviously together with the green booklet \"Travel and Leave Regulations.\nPassengers may not take into the United Kingdom more thon 10 pounds per\nperson in Sterling notes. Any Sterling notes in the possession of pessengers\nover and above 10 pounds will be liable to confiscation. During the voyage,\npassengers may use one pound or 10 shilling notes but the Purser is not per-\nmitted to accept notes of 5 pounda or higher denomination. Passengers are\nwarned not to exchange nore than is required for their use during the voyage\nor for immediate expenses on landing, bearing in mind the fact that they may\nnot take into Great Britain more than 10 pounds in Sterling notes.\nMrs. Ruth Brockenridge, our house mother, will be in charge of your group.\nWe will expect you to report to hèr the evening before you sail, at a hotel\nwhich we shall designate later.
