My dear Miss Evans:
We have your letter of October 21, 1940
signitying your interest in being considered for
an appointment on the nursing staff of the Harvard
Medical Unit Hospital to be established in England
which is now in the process of being selected.
Further information about the Unit is given on the
enclesed sheet.
As all requirements for enrollment in the
Red Cross Nursing Service must be net by these
nurses it would, therefore, be necessary for you
to enroll. Application papers for enrollment
are being sent to you in the same mail. Wie hope
that you will rill these in and return them to us
by return mail.
