Miss Clara D. Noyes, Director
REFERRED

National Headquarters A. R. C.
Washing ton, D. C.
My dear Miss Noyes:
Since Miss Grittinger has now gone East, I
am replying to your letter of February 6, re Miss Agnes
Flanagan. Miss Flanagan is in such a condition mentally
that she is indifferent to her own interests. We can
not secure from her the necessary records on Red Cross
automatic insurance which may have been issued, and al_
though doing our level best through her sister, we seem
to be blocked completely.
At the present time the effort is being made
by the Seattle Chapter to get Miss Flanagan to a rest
resort in the hope that adequacy of treatment now may
permit Miss Flanagan to later on undertake light work.
Cordially yours,
J.P.toisie
