Ity dear Miss Flamgan:
As your papers are at the War Department and at present
not accessible to us, we are without a good deal of information
which is required before your enrollment can be made in the Red
Cross Public Health Nursing Service. We must secure credentials
from your training school and from 'those in charge where you have
been employed in public health nursing. We should be glad
also
to have you write more fully telling us exactly what public health
experience you have had under the City Boards of Heal th and during
your service in France. These positions in our rural communities
require general and thorough experience in public health work.
