Deduction from salary of Miss Alma E. Foerster
The following is an extract from a letter of
Miss Alina Ee Foerster,
Red Cross Nurse, assi gned to duty July 28, 1917, with the Roumanian
Commission at $00.00 per month:
"I desire twenty dollars ($20.001 of my
salary to be sent every month, to ay
mother,
urs- Paul Foerster,
Circle Ave.,
Lorwood Park Station,
Chicago, Ill."
This deduction is to begin with the first month's salary; the
remainder of her salary is to be paid to Miss Foerster in Roumania.
