My dear Miss Foerster:
It was recently decided by the
International Committee to issue a minature of the
Floreace sightingels Medal as many felt that the medal
in its original form was too large to wear. These have
been sent to the Anerican Red Gross Headquartere. It,
therefore, gives me great pleasure to forward one to you.
I would suggest that you have a
simple catch put on the back of it in order to prevent
its loss.
