After having served for 2. period of one year B is entitled to\nC\nreceive from ARC transportation to his ( or her) home town with the\na\nfollowing conditions :\nU\nA.\nTransportation from Vladivostok to any bort of\n+\nthe U.S.A. designated by ARC A by Army Transport\nto be erranged by ARC, but if for any resson such\nArmy Transport facilities cannot be obtained,\nthe ARC mey arrange for B's passage on eny\nregular passenger \"steamer.\nB.\nThe standard charge for board made by the transpo\nviz:$1.00 per day, to be paid by ARC.\nin\nC.\nOrdinary railway fare from port of landing to\ntown will be paid by ARC, who will also make\n5\nallowance of $4.00 perday for food and :\nincidentals for a period of\n6\ndays\na\nbeing normal time for the reilway j ourney\n7.\nIf B does not perform his ( or her) duties in a manner satisfact\nC.\n-ory to ARC they have right to terminate this agreement forwith.,\nbut in this instance they shall still be liable for payment of\n:\ntransportation but shall not be liable for clothing allowance\nunless the period of six months from date of contract to date of\ndischarge shall have already clansed. Such instance of desire to\nterminate contract shall be served by ARC one colender month before\nthey desire it to go into effect, reserving to themselves the\nalternative of immediate discharge by payment of one monto's\nin lieu of notice.\n8. Should B be guilty of conduct which is decided by c. court of\nhis ( or her) superior officers to be unbecomeing to that 03\nofficer of the ARC ' the ARC shall have the nower to discher re him\n( or her) forthwith and in this instance they shall not be livile\nfor clothing allowance unless the period of six months, already\nmentioned has exnired.\n9.
