6. After having served for 2. period of one year B is entitled to C receive from ARC transportation to his ( or her) home town with the a following conditions : U A. Transportation from Vladivostok to any bort of + the U.S.A. designated by ARC A by Army Transport to be erranged by ARC, but if for any resson such Army Transport facilities cannot be obtained, the ARC mey arrange for B's passage on eny regular passenger "steamer. B. The standard charge for board made by the transpo viz:$1.00 per day, to be paid by ARC. in C. Ordinary railway fare from port of landing to town will be paid by ARC, who will also make 5 allowance of $4.00 perday for food and : incidentals for a period of 6 days a being normal time for the reilway j ourney 7. If B does not perform his ( or her) duties in a manner satisfact C. -ory to ARC they have right to terminate this agreement forwith., but in this instance they shall still be liable for payment of : transportation but shall not be liable for clothing allowance unless the period of six months from date of contract to date of discharge shall have already clansed. Such instance of desire to terminate contract shall be served by ARC one colender month before they desire it to go into effect, reserving to themselves the alternative of immediate discharge by payment of one monto's in lieu of notice. 8. Should B be guilty of conduct which is decided by c. court of his ( or her) superior officers to be unbecomeing to that 03 officer of the ARC ' the ARC shall have the nower to discher re him ( or her) forthwith and in this instance they shall not be livile for clothing allowance unless the period of six months, already mentioned has exnired. 9. B engages an his ( or her) departure from ARC , excent in all cases of honorable discharge , to return to them all.ARC i i letters of indentification, together with any other documents proving his (or hor) having been connected wit? 2 g I W
