In answer to your letter of February 25. My indoor uniform
is size 14 and hat size 221. The uniforms can be sent to Box 152
Berlin, Md.
Full name: Lavenia Martha Fulton
Age: 29 - Protestant
Nearest Relative - Mrs. E. S. Fulton (mother)
608 South Pleasant St.,
Amherst, Mass.
I would like to have my salary paid to "The Exchange and Savings
Bank" of Berlin where I now have an account.
I am having no difficulty in holding my present position as I
had not resigned on any definite date.
At this time I cannot think of any questions I would like
answered. Enclosed you will find my uniform measurements.
