I, the undersigned, an applicant for a passport to enable me to go to France
under the auspices of the American Red Cross, solemnly swear that I have no near
male relatives serving in the armed forces of the United States or serving in
France in & civilian capacity attached to the American Expeditionary Forces or to
a relief or hospital organization, except a brother who is serving in the
I further solemnly sweat that I am going to France solely as a Red Cross worker;
that I will meke no effort to visit my brother in France under any conditions, and
that it is not my intention to marry an officer or soldier in the American Exped-
itionary Forces after my arrival in France.
