B The application for foreign service of the following nurses enrolled in your division have been approved by the War Department. May I re- quest that you instruct them to secure a copy of their birth certificates and have 3 xx graphs taken, the head size to be 1 by It inches with no hat on and that you send them instruc- tions contained in Paragraph #9 of the Division Routine. If the nurses cannot secure a copy of their birth certificate they should secure an affidavit from some member of their family older than them- selves, stating place and date of birth.
