My dear Miss Noyes:
Through my absence from the city on a long, late
vacation this summer and fall,I find in revising my
Red Cross files that your important communications, dated
respectively August 25th and September 18th, 1924, were-

advance submitting
you on August 19th, recommending certain changes in the
same to Central
personnel of our State and Local Red Cross Committees.
I
must assume the responsibility for the errors, and will
Div. guard
more closely against their recurrence.
However the name "Blanche" Haggman was substutut-
ed for Mabel Elizabeth I am unable to account. Thank you
for the correction.
I appreciate my reappointment on the State Comm-
ittee on Red Cross Nursing Service and am also grateful
to have your official list of the entire personnel of
the State Committee.
We have recently been favored with a conference
with Mrs. Elsbeth Vaughan who emphasized the important things
you desire the Committees to observe and her instructions
have made clear various details that were obscure.
It is such a privilege to work with you, and Mrs.
Vaughan, and we certainly want to be helpful to you.
Yours very sincerely,
Linetra E.Grutter
