It is a\nhumiliation to me to acknowledge this oversight.\nreapp.of mail a Can\nresmmensations\n+ lieting personnel\napp of state Corn-\nParticularly do I regret the trouble caused you\nby the mistakes that occurred in the letter mailed to\nappta.\nadvance submitting\nyou on August 19th, recommending certain changes in the\nsame to Central\npersonnel of our State and Local Red Cross Committees.\nI\nmust assume the responsibility for the errors, and will\nDiv. guard\nmore closely against their recurrence.\nHowever the name \"Blanche\" Haggman was substutut-\ned for Mabel Elizabeth I am unable to account.
