Vaughan a report of the reorganization of the Red Cross Committee work\nin the state of Minnesota, together with the names of all the nurses recom-\nmonded for appointment as the personnel of the Minnesota State Committee on\nRed Cross hursing service. This new State Committee will function as purely\na State Committee, acting as more or less an advisory committee to the four\nLocal Committees on Hod Cross Nursing Service in the state located in Duluth,\nMinneapolis, Rochester and St. Paul, respectively.\nWe are very glad that you are willing to serve as a membor of the\nMinnesota State Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service and will ask you to\nconsider this letter as your formal appointment which as you understand, is\nmade in accordance with the rules and regulations govorning State Committees\nas set forth in the enclosed pamphlet.\nYou will no doubt be interested to know the names of all the other\nnurses who with you form the personnel of the State Committee.
