Vaughan a report of the reorganization of the Red Cross Committee work in the state of Minnesota, together with the names of all the nurses recom- monded for appointment as the personnel of the Minnesota State Committee on Red Cross hursing service. This new State Committee will function as purely a State Committee, acting as more or less an advisory committee to the four Local Committees on Hod Cross Nursing Service in the state located in Duluth, Minneapolis, Rochester and St. Paul, respectively. We are very glad that you are willing to serve as a membor of the Minnesota State Committee on Red Cross Nursing Service and will ask you to consider this letter as your formal appointment which as you understand, is made in accordance with the rules and regulations govorning State Committees as set forth in the enclosed pamphlet. You will no doubt be interested to know the names of all the other nurses who with you form the personnel of the State Committee. They are es follows: Miss Bortha b.
