My dear Miss Harvard:
We are now in a position to complete final arrangements for

your departure. You will find detailed instructions about travel
on the enclosed supplementary information sheet. Please follow all

instructions carefully.
We are enclosing a check for $200 to cover your expenses for
travel and maintenance. Please note the enclosed instructions con-
cerning funds for traveling expenses.
As we have made some changes in the general arrangements, we
wish to call your attention to the new general information sheet
enclosed which will supersede all previous information.
Therefore, you will find enclosed
1. Advance check for $200
2. Instructions re funds for travel
3. Reimbursement agreement
4. Record of traveler's checks
5. New general information
6. Supplementary information
We shall expect you to arrarige to leave for San Francisco on
September 17 unless we hear from you to the contrary.
