The application for foreign service of the
following nurses enrolled in your division have
been approved by the War Department. May I re-
quest that you instruct them to secure a copy of
their birth certificates and have 3 dozen photo-
graphs taken, the head size to be 1 by 1 inches
with no hat on and that you send them instruc-
tions contained in Paragraph #9 of the Division
Routine.

P.S. If the nurmes cannot secure a copy of their
birth certificate they should secure an affidavit
from some member of their family older than themselves.
