of Miss Helen Scott Hay. This letter bears the ap-
proving signature of the Acting Chairman, Mr. James
L. Fieser, and constitutes authority for a further
allowance to Miss Hay of $50.00 per month for a six
months' period, May 12, 1931 to November 11, 1931
inclusive, as a charge against Claims Committee's
Appropriation CA-62.
