This is to advise in connection with the case of
Miss Helen Scott Hay that the Claims Committee has voted, and the
Chairman approved, that an additional allowance be granted her of
$50.00 a month for six months, covering the period May 12th to
November 11, 1930, inclusive, as a charge against Claims Committee's
appropriation.
