Wy dear Miss Patterson:
Your letter of December 11, addressed to Mrs.
Vaughan, giving in Russian a sign which appesred on a building in a
pictura where Miss Hay served during the war, has been referred to me.
After some delay, we have succeaded in securing a translation; a copy
of which is enclosed as you requested.
We would be greatly interested in having a
copy of the picture of which you spezk, inasmach as we do not appear
to hava a similar one in this office; or if you would be willing to
forward the picture to us we would be glad to have the copy made here.
