My dear Mise Hay:
It was recently decided by the International
Commi ttee to issue a minature of the Florence Nightingale
Nedel a.e meny felt that the medal in ite original form was
too large to wear. These have been sent to the American
Red Crose Headquarters. It, therefore, gives me great
pleasure to forward one to you.
I would suggest that you have a simple
catch put on the back of it in order to prevent ite loss.
