In reply to your letter of March 26th I should like to
say that I will be very glad indeed to interview Miss Virginia Gertrude
Heath of 267 South Ocean Avenue for you. I assume you want to make
the first approach so suggest that you ask her to call my office for an
appointment. The telephone number is Ashland 4-7000, Extension 526.
Do you have any interview blank you wish me to fill out?
I enclose the type we use which, if you think appropriate, I can follow
in this instance. Of course I realize that you are particularly inter-
ested in the background relating to communicable disease and in those
personality qualities which are necessary for work in foreign situations.
