Gentlemen:-
This witnesses that I M rs. Charlotte M. Heilman,
herely assign, bransfer, anl set over unto L. S. Evans,
of Box 678, Richmond, Virginia
, the sum of
$35.00
dollars per month out of the compensation to be paid to me by the American
National Red Cross, and I authorize and direct the said American National
Red Cross, to pay unto said L. S. Evans
each and every month, out of my said compensation, the sum of $ 85.00
.
This assignment shall remain in full force and effect until a

revocation thereof is lodged with the American National Red Cross at
Washington, D. C., U. S. A.
