Mrs. Charlotte Heilman, Director, Nursing, A.R.C.,
Athens, Greece, stopped over in Washington enroute to her home
in Richmond. She was immediately considered for the position of
National Headquarters for three days while this matter was under
Chapter Nurse in the Dominican Republic and was detained at
consideration, then accepted the appointment.
