Miss Robinson:
January 29, 1941
We regret being so indefinite about the sailing date - February
15 still Very uncertain; it probably will be four weeks later - but
the delay is due to having to wait for ships' bottom space for the
hospital and its equipment of which there are approximately 100
carloads. We will notify you as soon as we are able, giving you final
instructions.

that while you are attached to her first group of Public Health Nurses,
you will be required to sezve inside the hospital as the occasion arises.
That is why we are providing you with 3 white indobr uniforms and caps.
We would like to know if you have any difficulty in holding your
present position. no understand fully how difricult it must be for
employers of our applicants and greatly appreciate their cooperation.
We have a number oi nurses from the Boaton area and we are planning

to have the tailor come there for street uniform fittings. lie will
notify you when we know définitely the date.
