My dear Miss Hickcox:
Through correspondence with your sister,
Miss Sarah Hickcox, we have just leamed that you are
located at the above address and are writing you to
ascertain whether or not it is your intention to remein
in New York City for an indefinite period - say a year
at least, so that your Red Cross enrollment record
(#2 card) may be properly filed with our Manhattan Local
Committee.
Upon going over your records, we find that
you have not completed an address questionnaire since
April 1926 and, therefore, your records are not at all
up to date. We are taking this opportunity to enclose
request the usual that annual completely questionnaire form return with the it
