II & 0 e a I 9 PACIFIC BRANCH OFFICE Miss Haig, Assistant Director, October 30, 1930. Nursing Service. features Mr y iTs Miss Noyes, National Director, Nursing Service. s E Your letter of October 20, enclosing the address questionnaire completed by Miss Elizabeth D. Rohrbach and dated May 1, 1928, is received. Upon consulting our records, we find that this nurse Miss Rohrbach's records and finding that we had heard absolutely $ 100.00 a R be is enrolled with the Chicago, Illinois Local Committee under number 7831. In February of this year, we had occasion to refer to . th nothing from her since December 1924, we wrote Mrs. Vaughan asking her to make an effort to bring Miss Rohrbach's records up to date. We have never received a reply to our letter to Mrs. Vaughan. She lo more than likely took the casse up with the Chicago Local Committee I and they have been unable to locate the nurse as yet. a We note that in Miss Rohrbach's letter of April 8, 1930 in cL C to Miss Anne Williamson, she gave her address as 1521 Maple Avenue, Los Angeles, California, which is different from the one iven in her questionnaire dated May 1, 1928, although it evidently accompanied C her letter of April 8, 1930 to the Committee. In view of the above facts, we wish you would have Miss Rohrbach fill in another questionnaire which, of course, will be dated in 1930, so that her records here may be absolutely up to date. We would also suggest that you write Mrs. Vaughan for the transfer of this nurse to your territory. According to our records, her #2 card is still on file with the Chicago, Illinois Local Committee. We will await your advice of the completion of Miss Rohrbach's transfer. Very truly yours, Clara D. Noyes, National Director, Nursing Service. MR:SR 8 3
