sentative is to be appointed for the State of Arizona to the Mies Barnes'place
eince the bulk of the work there needs the services of a person specially
treined in wer service work. Mise Barnes has worked in Washington someshat,

is fimiliar with the country and the people, and was very successful in the o.K.
work which she acco plished in the Bellingham State Teachers' College.
