Beroonnel Division, with the information that you will be
available for eorvice in France.
I am enclosing a circuloz of informtion giving a lint
of equipmont which you ean obtain from Miss Sophio Kiel, 44
E 33d St., New Yorl City. All particulors as to the businoss
arrangements will be seen to by fr. Blanchard.
Upon your arrival in France, you will report to Miso Hartho
Russell, 4 Place De la Concorde, Paris.
