Irwin\n2567 Hilgard Avenue\nBerkeley, California\nMy dear Mrs. Irwin:\nMrs. Vaughan, of our Midwestern Branch Office, has just\nsent us your note of March 9, requesting the transfer of your committee\nenrollment record to the proper California Local Committee on Red Cross\nNursing Service inasmuch as you are now living at the above address in\nBerkeley. We will immediately take the necessary steps toward this\ntransfer. It will take sometime, of course, to complete it but we will\nsend you an official advice as soon as it is effected, giving you the\nname of the Committee, the name and address of its Secretary, et cetera.\nUpon consulting your records, we find that you have not\nbrought them up to date by filling in one of our annual address question-\nnaire forms since December 1931. We are, therefore, taking this opportu-\nnity to send you a questionnaire which we will greatly appreciate having\nyou completely fill in and return to us at your earliest opportunity just\nso that your records will be up to date and there will be no question as\nto your being numbered among our Red Cross nurses in good standing.\nWith sincere good wishes, believe me\nVery sincerely yours\nNational Director\nNursing Service\nMR:SR"
