Helen Scott, enrolled Red Cross nurse, No. 11322, is to be married. As Miss Scott gives your name as that of her nearest relative in her application papers on file in this office, we are writing you in regard to this matter as we do not have her present post office address. If this report is correct, will you be good enough to so advise us, sending us her married name as soon as this is in order, together with her present post office address, in order that we may have the same for our files. If it is more convenient, we will be glad to have you hand this communication to the nurse with the request that she write us in the matter.
