South Bend, Ind.
My dear Miss Horst:-
We have had in this office for some time the applica-
tion of Josephine Jokaitis, a native of Poland, whose papers was for-
warded by your committee in 1917.
She states that she is a citizen of the United States
If this is so, and she can forward a copy of her citizenship papers or
her fathers papers, she might be considered for enrollment.
The address she gave was 573 Virginia St., Garey,
Indiana, and it would be also necessary for her physical blank.
