Miss Clara D. Noyes, Director,
Nursing Service, Washington, D.C.,
Subj: School Budget, Prague.
Since your recent letter calling attention to the
state of this budget, the subject has been taken up both
with Dr.Hill and the Accounting Department. The latter some
days ago wrote Mr.Simons in connection. One point has come to
my attention, viz:- that although you had informed me that
Mrs.Holman purposed paying the salary of one nurse, Miss Kacena,
the Accounting Department had had no notification of any such
contribution.
