My dear Miss Kearney: Thank you very much for submitting your monthly M report so promptly. enumerate your I activities have read your for the letter month, very and carefully also give in your which impression you of the new I am very sorry that you seem to be unhappy new appreciate and but I that as you become better acquainted and your territory hope community. you will become more satisfied. I can adjusted quite to some of your bewilderment in going into an entirely new territory a new type of work.- It probably will take a little time to become adjusted so please do not become impatient. Miss Faville will visit you in the very near future, at which time I am sure she can help you and Miss Carico, as well as Miss Withers, in solving some of your problems and adjusting local conditions. I know that it is going to take some time to re-educate the nursing activities committee, as well as the public at large, but I have faith and Miss Carico to do this very thing. Parkersburg and Wood County in you will afford many opportunities for you to develop your own initiative it will ( and to find out just how capable you are. It may be hard work, but mean much for your future success in the public health field.
