Baldwin Longstreth Keyes, M.D.
2031 Locust Street
Philadelphia, Penna.
My dear Dr. Keyes:
Your letter of December 1, addressed to the
chairman of the nurse recruitment committee in Philadelphia, has
been forwarded to national headquarters because the records of
enrolled Red Cross nurses are on file here.
We are very sorry indeed to learn of the death
of your wife and wish to express our sympathy in your loss although
at this late date.
Inasmuch as Mrs. Keyes served overseas during
World War I, her records will be placed in our historical file
and will not be dismentled, at least for the present.
Sincerely yours,
Annabelle Petersen
Ass't Director (Nurse Enrollment)
