Miss Delano
I am submitting with this the expense account and vouchers
received from Miss Sophia V. Keil and American Red Cross who has recently
returned to the United States.
May I request that Miss Keil be allowed the same amount of
time for her return home as was allowed the other nurses who returned by the
way of Siberia.
