Washington, D. C. November 21, 1914. Mr. J. G. Parkinson, Post Office Box No. 1613, New York, N. Y. Dear Sir: Your request for the address of Miss Sophia V. Kiel has been received and the address of the United States Dispatch Agency is still all right. However, if you wish the letter to go direct to Russia where Miss Kiel is at present stationed, it can very well be sent care of the American Ambassador, Petrograd, Russia, indicating on the envelope that Miss Kiel is an American Red Cross Nurse. Yours very truly, Chairman National Committee Red Cross Nursing Service. Per K-A.
