Dear Sir:
Please pay, until further notice, the following
monthly salary assignments of the Red Cross personnel in
Siberia, who came here from Hawaii:
Mary C. Markham, beginning June 1, 1919, $50.00
per month, Make check payable to the Bank of Hawaii Ltd.,
Honolulu, T.H., to the account of Mary C. Markham.
Helen Kingsbury, $70.00 per month, payable to the
Bank of Hawaii, Ltd., Honolulu, T.H., to the account of
Helen Kingsbury, beginning June 1, 1919.
Ruth Benedict, $50.00 per month, payable to the
Bank of Hawaii, Ltd. Honolulu, T.H., to the account of
Ruth Benedict, beginning June 1, 1919.
Elizabeth McMenamin, $50.00 per month, payable
to the Bank of Hawaii Ltd., Honolulu, T.H., to the account
of Elizabath McMenamin, beginning June 1, 1919.
