My dear Miss Nevins:
I am enclosing to you the correspondence and Loyalty reports
of Agnes P. Kloman, which the Bureau of Personnel considers insuff-
icient to secure passport.
May I ask that you will give Miss Kloman's name to the
Director of the Bureau of Personnel, and see if we can get some
adequate investigation, as Miss Kloman gave up her position in the
expectation of sailing for France.
Will you ask that this be rushed through as rapidly as
possible, and return the papers to this office.
