On socount of your experionce in public health work your
papers have boon referred to this Buroau. We should be most happy
to securo your continued service with the Red Cross by having you
on the staff of our public hoalth mures for work in rural communi-
tios throughout our country. There never has beon a time when
thore woré so many opportunities for public health work, or such
urgont neel for it.
After your recent foreign service you are probably par-
ticularly desirous of continuing constructivo progressive work and
if health and strength allow of your enrollment in this service we
suroly should be able to place you in a field suited to your ex-
parlonce and capabilities.
