We regret being so indefinite about the date of sailing - rebruary
15 still very uncertain - but the delay is due to having to wait for
ships¹ bottom space for the hospital and its equipment of which there
are approximately 100 carloads. We will notify you as soon as we are
able, giving you final instructions.
