My dear Mrs. Le Melle:
It is our custom to call in the No. 2 cards of
the murses serving as Consultants on ihrollm nt from the various
Committees with which they have been enrolled and hold them at
National Hendquarters during. the period of their service in that
capacity. This letter is to advise you that the transfer of your
No. 2 card from the Chicago, Illinois Local Comittee to National
Headquarters has been completed and the are taking this opportunity
to enclose, your 1942, questionnire form. to shall look forward to
its prompt return so your records may be up to date for the current
year.
